Holy humiliation batman!

I just bent over to get a client file out of the bottom of the filling cabinet and split my dresspants clear up the middle seam. I seriously now have a rip in my black pants from backside to groin and white underpants underneath. Great! My coat covers it so gettin home not an issue, but people will wonder if I wear my jacket around the office for the next hour and a half. Guess I have to move around as little as possible. I guess I also need to dish out cash for new dresspants. I am having no luck with clothes this fall. Shoes are chewed, two pairs of dresspants are falling apart, I guess it’s time to buy more. I dread shopping for pants.

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. look at the bright side! it COULD be worse. that happened to me, i was wearing a thong. and just think, what if you were going commando???

  2. On the bright side you noticed before anyone else did 🙂

  3. I hate shopping for pants! It always gives me body issues, and I NEVER have body issues! But then I try on pants, and I’m like, “My legs are too short! My hips aren’t curvy! My belly skin sags!” Bah. Shopping for shoes is bad too, but at least it doesn’t make me feel bad.

  4. lol! Brilliant!
