Another tough day.

I just spent 5 hours facilitating and all day workshop with a group of clients. One of the of clients brought her son as she couldn’t get a sitter. Her son is 3 weeks older then Evan. I spent all day watching and feeling my heart break in the understanding the Evan would be doing the same thing right now if he was here with us.

I miss him so much, I so hope my next child is a son. I want a boy.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

I know this sounds really trite, but you will have another child of your own someday.
