It’s snowing…It’s snowing….

It’s lovely outside, it’s been snowing all day while we stay inside cuddled up watching Lost and enjoying the fire in the wood stove.
Here are some random shots of the day.

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. Your day looks so cozy and intimate and fun! I love the shot of you doing a snow angel – and so jealous of your pellet stove/fireplace thing! Delightful!

    • hehe thanks. I love the snow, it’s the one part of winter I do like.
Especially when it’s warm out like yesterday and the snow is light and fluffy.
It’s a proper wood stove, not a pellet stove and it’s soooooooooooooooo nice.
      Love it.

  2. Snow angels are so much fun! I miss that…

  3. i love it when it snows and you spend all day just taking in the beauty of the outdoors all snuggled up inside. and ps, those eggs look yummy!

  4. fun and WHAT is on that plate???

    • Hahahah.
It was a green onion, prosciutto and sharp cheddar frittata, with breakfast sausage and this white Finnish breakfast cheese. Yum!

      • Oh shit, that cheese looks soooo good. Is it from your lot of cheese from Murray’s??? I was so curious about what cheese you got!
Mmmm prosciutto. Everything looks so good 😛

      • It was. It’s called Bread cheese, in Finland they eat it for breakfast with jelly and tea. We sauteed it with white wine and lemon juice, it’s a nice firm rubbery and salty white cheese, I love it.
We got so many types of cheese from Murray’s I don’t even know the name, but a old old cheddar, a good blue cheese, a blue goats cheese, brie, some Asiago, some more stuff I am forgetting at this juncture and the bread cheese 🙂
