It’s -15 celcius here right now….cccccc-old that’s 5 degrees Farenheight.

We went to the theatre to see My Bloody Valentine in 3D, BUT it was sold out, so instead we saw Inkheart. It Sucked. I was bored. Sigh! It looked decent in the previews but was a huge letdown. Plus I have had just about enough of Brendan Fraser and his crappy movies. No thanks.  Weird loopholes all over the place, like if you take a charecter out of a book, how can they then still be in the book when someone else then reads it? I fell asleep if that means anything. I am finding sadly that there are more movies these days that I don’t like then I do.

For instance-we also watched Taken this afternoon and that to me felt like a  done less believable Human Trafficking.
Then we watched Changeling, and well that one was pretty good, I did like Angelina Jolie’s acting, but when do I not, I really appreciate her as an artist, plus she’s gorgous to look at so bonus.

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. Yeah, Inkheart looked like a less interesting version of The Never Ending Story. (And WTF Brendan Fraser? Didn’t he used to do cool movies? I used to have a crush on him, what happened?)
Is Angelina heroin skinny in Changeling? I like a little cushion for the pushing’ myself…

    • Ya she is Heroine thin, she has been ever since Mr. and Mrs. Smith really.
I don’t understand how a pregnancy can make me gain flab and it makes her a bone rack?? Guess she’s not eating. I liked the old Angelina better as well.

  2. We’ve been watching the movies that have been nominated for Oscars :o) Milk is good, Frost/Nixon is alright. Benjamin Button was a great movie, Slumdog Millionaire is brilliant :o)

    • Ya I loved Benjamin Button and Slum Dog. Have yet to see Milk but can’t wait.
I just wanted to see My Bloody Valentine for sheer fun, it’s a 3D slasher flik hahah.

  3. That’s disappointing about Inkheart. I’ve been thinking I might want to see that one …
