Couch to 5K

Ok day 1, week 1 done…phew. It was not to bad but not as easy as I thought it would be either. Did it on the treadmill at the gym. I feel good and look forward to improving with the running stamina.

Now are sitting around and watching the Sarah Silverman show-Wow! Never have a seen a show so ‘wrong’…hahah. So wrong. She just finished tasting her pup’s ass to see what he finds so very delicious about it hahhah. Oh so wrong.
At 9:30 we are gonna watch the new How I Met You Mother, one of my favoritest sitcom type shows πŸ™‚

Later Skaters-Off to cuddle the Hub.

About mommamaynard

β€œLife is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” β€” Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. The tv guide thingy said How I Met Your Mother was a repeat. Did it lie to me!!! Must investigate this… Oh, and Sarah Silverman is hilarious but she’s one I’d be afraid to laugh at in public πŸ™‚

  2. Yay for week one! Tomorrow is day two of week three. I can’t say I love it, but I’m proud of myself. For some reason day two is always the easiest of the week for me.

    • I know, I wish I was one of those people who could be thin and lean just from like Yoga. I love Yoga, I hate hard core cardio, however, it does give me a rush of energy and endorphins, so I can manage it, but I tend to be more of a hiking/walking girl and less of a gym girl.
Oh well-1 week at a time, I know when I start to feel real results I will then be more driven.

  3. Sarah Silverman rocks my socks.

    • heheh OMG she is just so WRONG haha.
Favorite quote of the day ” I am sorry for what I did to you puppy. I know there has to be a good family out there for a 13 year old chihuahua/pug mix with a history of sexual abuse.”
      Just wow! haha.

  4. Sarah Silverman is quite a character. She makes me laugh. Either that or squirm.

  5. Way to go, lady!
Sarah Silverman is funny but don’t ever watch her movie. Unless you like weird but not terribly clever musicals, in that case, watch it. I found it was kind of boring and stupid, though.
Have fun cuddling! We have the same plans tonight ❀
