Couch to 5K
Week one session 2 complete. It took everything to get my ass to the gym, I was moody and crampy and blah! But I got there and I did it and I am glad I did, I feel so much better after a good workout. 1 more session to go and then we move onto week 2.
Next I want to incorporate some weights into the routine. I need to work on my arms really badly.
Ok off to TV land with my lovely spouse.
