Donuts for breakfast

Does having a blueberry fritter for breakfast with a large black coffee constitute a setback on the health front? I mean blueberries are packed full of antioxidents right? Does that still apply if they are deep fried then dipped in sugar? Also I blame the coffee on this daylight savings bull crap, waking up to the dark does not motivate one out of bed. My body wakes up at 6:30am, not 5:30am, it’s not convinced on this time change thing, I was dreaming in very proficient french when the alarm awoke me with a startle.  I was dressed in my smurf costume too. In my dream that is, not when I awoke. However-that could be kinky, I bet Dave fantisized about Smurfette as a child.

Hell-Even Oliver looked confused when the alarm went off. I wonder what he was dreaming.

Ok Ok…

As for the deep fried pastry, a hell, it was so fresh and delish I don’t care, it’s not like I do that everyday. (She says as the weight of that donut is added to the inside of her left thigh.)

On that note, I am off to pee and see a client. I had a healthy enough lunch that I still have enough energy to do that. See the client, not pee, though somedays I even hold the pee forever so I don’t have to move.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

(Blueberries are super good for you, so I won’t tell anyone about your lapse!)
Smurfette — yeah, my guess is a lot of little boys (and some little girls ;D) our age had fantasies about her!
