Symptom Shmimpton

My personal pet peeve is that I apparently now (everything is differant since Evan) have all the symptoms of pregnancy every month.
First month I paid attention, November, I was convinced I was pregnant, I had sensitivity to smells, nausea, bloating, lower back ache, soar breasts, food cravings and aversions, mood swings. However, I have had all these symptoms every month since, including this one.
I am so done with reading into symptoms, cause, ya, I have them all, all the time. I will rely solely on a temperature that stays high past 11dpo, that is the only sign I would trust at this juncture.

The massage was wonderful, will be going again in two weeks, now that I pay nothing for them up to $500.00 thanks to my benefits. Besides, she wanted to see Dave again, due to his hand injury his back has been a mess. He had a tennis ball sized knot in his mid back, she said it’s important to stay on top of that so he dosen’t re-injure his back.

TV-We just finished watching every episode of News Radio, such a  great show. Now we have moved onto Kitchen Confidential. So far it’s entertaining.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

News Radio was fabulous. Dave Foley & Phil Hartman, how could it be not be?????/ Loved Kids in the Hall, btw. Love those canucks the best.

  2. M used to say (after I complained about something or other) “Oh, that must mean you’re pregnant!” At first, it was a real statement, but then it just started to become a joke (haha, when you’re infertile you make jokes about the stupidest, non-funny things). I’d say “Oh my god, my eyes ache!” And he’d say, “Oh, you must be pregnant!” and we’d laugh… and I’d say it to him, too, that was even funnier…
Truthfully, I always get nauseated right before my period. And my boobs hurt. And the mood swings are For Real bad!
But pregnancy is the only time I actually barf from the nausea (except it doesn’t start until about week 6 or 7). And Teh Tired is so bad I sleep ALL the time, in the beginning (which is another reason I can’t even begin to imagine how I could have another child… when would I sleep?)
I suspect you might be ovulating earlier than FF gives you credit for… are you getting it on before those days?

    • Well see that is what I am saying, this month, I thought I ovulated 2 days earlier and so did FF but then it changed when my temp went up again. Anyways my timming was excellent for the earlier dates but not to bad for later if it was the case.
Here check out my chart http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/17a00b
As for other months, I don’t know if I am ovulating earlier, I thought the only way to pinpoint ovulation was a temperature shift that remained up for more then three days? I don’t know, even I don’t have the energy to do the funky chicken every day. haha.
Dave and I joke about the pregnant thing too, in fact yesterday during his massage he asked me what he should check off in the are you pregnant section haha.

      • It was totally this month’s chart I was thinking about! And I still think you could have ovulated earlier…
Me, neither with the funky chicken LOL, even on my horniest days, sometimes you got to take the day off (or else I get yeasties or UTIs or whatnot!)
Every three days was a doable goal, for us 😀

      • Ya we have been aiming for every other day starting cycle day 8 until opk+ then everyday until clear temperature shift, but this past month my temp shift happened twice and confused the hell outta me.
The good and bad is that yeay, more sex, and yeay by Ovulation Dave can go for twice as long as in the beginning, which normally I pray for, haha, however, by the time ovulation occurs and I have been having soooo much sex, I am just wanting him to be quicker haha, so contradicting. Ah well, I just appreciate the intamacy, reminds me of when we were first dating, only much less crazy hahaha.

  3. i remember the only symptom i had was tingly breasts. I know how annoying and nerve wrecking it is to wait those 11 days. I tested 5 days before period I couldn’t wait.
