Heartbreak in the news.

This is about the news, so if you don’t wanna know, don’t read on.
I will never understand how pain and suffering is distributed in this world, and who decides which people get children and which don’t. That is all I can say. To the poor baby boy in question, may his soul rest in peace and may he find warmth and love on the other side. I hope my Evan finds him and takes him by the hand.

MOUNT EAGLE, N.B. – Police in New Brunswick are hoping an autopsy can determine the cause of death of a newborn baby found along a rural road outside Salisbury.  RCMP Cpl. Marie Beaudry said the body of an infant boy was discovered by four people who were four-wheeling along the side of Taylor Road in Mount Eagle on Saturday.

"We have information showing that it’s possible the newborn baby could have been there as early as November 2008," said Beaudry, who didn’t elaborate.  She said an autopsy was being conducted Sunday in Saint John, N.B.

"We don’t know how long it’s (the body) been there and hopefully the autopsy will be able to guide the investigation a little more as to how long the body has been there," Beaudry said. She added that police had no suspects and were appealing for anyone with information, including the baby’s mother, to come forward.

"The baby could be from the area but also could be from anywhere outside the area," said Beaudry.  She said investigators weren’t sure how long it would take for the autopsy to be completed, but hoped to have a better idea on Monday. Beaudry said until then, the circumstances would remain somewhat of a mystery.

"We need a lot more information before we can direct our investigation in a certain direction," she said

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. These types of stories make me sick. It reminds me of the babygirl that was born and right afterward was thrown in the river still attached to the placenta.. Into a icy cold river. I can’t help but question why was this babygirl BORN just to DIE?? It makes me so sick.

  2. That is horrible. Absolutely heartbreaking.

  3. all i have to say is wtf. seriously, wtf.

  4. i will never, ever understand why the world is the way it is.
