sooooo sick!

Where did it come from? I felt fine this morning, this afternoon I started having belly cramps, I came home, had dinner, then BAM, I started with having crazy shivers and my body aching all over, then I ran to the bathroom just in time, which is where I have spent most of my time tonight, sitting on the can, confused how so much can come out when nowhere near that amount went in….
I feel just brutal and can’t imagine that it’s food poisening, cause everything I ate was fresh and from home, so I am leaning toward some form of flu, guess we will know tommorow if I wake up fine or wake up still sick.

I hate being sick, I don’t get sick often at all and have a very very strong immune system, so when I do get sick, I get really really whinny and irritated.

About mommamaynard

β€œLife is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” β€” Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. speaking from experience, the H1N1 will last a full week, you will experience ALL flu symptoms, and it will suck the life from you before you struggle to regain your energy.
All you can do is drink too much water. Over hydrate yourself for the next few days and flush it out of you.
And my guess is that it is NOT H1N1 but the spring flu that always goes around this time of season.
Don’t worry. E. doesn’t oink from his flu, so even if it is swine, it’s still just the flu!!! πŸ™‚
hope all is better in the morning.
