Food Requests.

Help please.
I need to start baking/cooking more, but we are also trying to be healthier. So!
What is your favorite recipe, tried and true, for anything I should make-side dish, soup, main course, dessert you name it and I will try and cook it. Then I will let you know what I think πŸ™‚

Thanks-just got the urge after baking some blueberry buttermilk muffins and thought I should be more creative with my day to day cooking instead of making the same 10 dishes over and over πŸ™‚

  2. i LOVE homemade spinach pie!

  3. black bean brownies: box brownie mix, can of black beans, rinsed and drained. moosh the beans in the food processor or blender until they’re super super mooshed. mix the moosh into the brownie mix. don’t add anything else (no eggs, no oil). pour it into a cooking-sprayed pan and bake. nom nom nom.
