Symptoms…

When your this tiered….this exausted, should you be able to just crash out?
I wish. I was dead to the world last night from 10pm-2am then came the tossing and turning all night. I was so hot I felt like it was 80 degrees in here, it was only 69. I ended up on my stomach and awoke with a strong feeling of I am going to puke everywhere at 4:30 so I got up, peed and had a glass of cold water, then went back to bed on my back πŸ™‚ and slept well until 7am when I had to get up work. I woke up feeling extra nauseous this morning. I had a glass of cold milk and am feeling ready to face the now. Off to do the HCG blood work this am and book the 10 week dating scan.

Have a good day all.

About mommamaynard

β€œLife is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” β€” Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. Keep crackers by the bed! I puked a couple times with Zinnia, and one time was because I couldn’t get to the kitchen in time to put food in my stomach after I woke up. It’s so bizarre how you have to put food in to keep everything else in your stomach.

  2. hahaha, pregnancy exhaustion meets pregnancy overheating and creates pregnancy insomnia!

Have you seen those scarf like things they sell that keep your neck cool? Like this: http://heatreliefdepot.com/catalog/index.php?manufacturers_id=55
They look cheesy, but they work.
Also: almonds were my midnight snack of choice in the first tri. Then I progressed to cottage cheese.
