they take my pee, they take my blood…

Yup, baby still in there, they did another (3rd) urine test just to have one on file in their office this morning. Then they drew my blood for hcg. Got the refferal for the 10 week dating ultrasound and a follow appointment for other prenatal stuff for the 16th. Good times.

I felt so ill this morning I had two bites of a oatmeal, bran and chocolat chip muffin, and then stored it away from later, luckily around 11 my desire to finish it peaked so I ate the rest and I am feeling pretty good right now. Next is facing lunch..hmmm what to eat what to eat. The list of things I don’t want to eat continues to grow haha.

I am anxious to hear back what my HCG levels were today. Not stressed anxious, just curious to see what they were.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. Ditto on the icon love.
Glad everything went smoothly at the apt.

  2. i absolutely looooove your icon. it is so beautiful. it made me tear up a little!

    • Thanks I love it too. In fact I was debating painting it to hang in my home. So lovely. I first found it when I was having dreams about having a baby, I thought it was appropriate.

  3. lol YAY for morning sickness!! Weird to be excited about that huh? And its weird to love it but hate it at the same time
What helped me this time around was to eat OFTEN. If I didn’t eat for an hour I’d start feeling really nauseous. I’m sure you already know that though 🙂
Hopefully your blood work looks good. Although I have no doubt that it will 🙂
