New book

just got an email from the library to pick up one of the books I was waiting on, can’t wait to delve into it’s pages. It’s Death by Supermarket-The fattening, dumbing down and poisening of America. Sounds juicy to me.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. That book sounds exactly up my alley. Let us know what it’s like.

  2. Eek!
As I sit here eating potato chips out of a bag… *snerk*
We suck at food, this country. We really really do.

  3. That does sound good, but I can’t help but wonder if as a Canadian you are allowed to read something so degrading about your southern neighbors.

    • haha I can because it applies to us as well, It should say of North America.
It applies to anyone who is bombarded with/consumes processed food, MSG, High Fructose Corn Syrup, Soy ect..It’s about the movement of food furthur and furthur from it’s natural source.
