Check in

Having a lovely, busy getaway in Toronto. Saw all our friends and Dave’s family and his sister seriously loaded me up with baby girl stuff and maternity clothes, the back of our mini van is stuffed full. We are in NY in Niagara right now, since Buffalo is only 2 hours from Toronto we headed over to meet up with and her lovely family today at the Buffalo Zoo. Spending the night in Niagara NY tonight with our free night’s stay at Motel 6, it’s a really really nice hotel here, so I am content. I do have to say though that Niagara ON is WAY better then Niagara NY.
Evangeline is doing great, kicking harder and harder each day and I love each and every kick. I am hugely pregnant now and can’t believe I still have over 3 months to go, wow. Headed back to New Brunswick on Saturday to pick up Mr. Oliver and then home on Monday.
I am missing the hell outta Oliver, this is the longest we have been apart ever. My mom says he is happy as can be.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. Why does everyone end up in/near Rochester after I leave?? I was an hour and change away from Buffalo, before we came to FL! We could’ve met!
