Countdowns

The Good Countdowns
27 weeks pregnant
1 week until third trimester
11 weeks til Evangeline’s anticipated arrival.
6 weeks until my maternity leave kicks in and I can sleep so much more.
9 days until I get to go to UC Baby and see 3D pictures of my beloved wee daughter.

The Not So Good Countdowns
4-5 hours, the average amount of sleep I am getting per night right now.
7 hours, the time I spend at work. (I should not be working more then sleeping this pregnant)
11:30 pm, the first time I had to pee last night
1:30 am, the second time I had to pee last night
3:00am, the third time I had to pee last night
4:00am, the time Oliver decided he was done sleeping last night and wanted to play
5:15am, the time I finally got back to sleep after being awaken by Oliver and then a kicking baby inside.
6:00 am, the time my alarm went off and made me weep that I had to wake up and go to work.

I am exausted heap of humanity today. I nesting on overload but WAY to tiered when I get home to do anything. Can’t do anything much until a space has been cleared for baby’s stuff anyways and Dave is working on that. (Getting the basement finished so his office can move down there and leave a room for baby furniture. I want to wash and organize the baby clothes I have so I can figure out what more I need but I can’t get up and down the stairs well right now anyways to do laundry in the basement and we have nowhere to store everything yet reguardless.  Soon. Soon.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.
