So I am sorting through baby stuff and organizing, and trying to sell off stuff I don’t need/want or exchange for things I do want/need.

Anyways-I have this baby wrap that I don’t like, it dosen’t fit me well, so I am selling it online and this women who I had been talking to about cloth diapers contacts me. She want’s the wrap and will do an exchange, wrap for diaper, cool! Then she says she is also interested in my 6 months plus boy clothes and will exchange diapers for that as well. She says she just want’s to get rid of stuff she dosen’t need that is taking up space so this is a great deal for her as well. She had a bunch of second hand no name girly print pockets someone had given her and she has a boy. So we chat lots and make plans to meet up and swap. Then she’s a no show.
So I email her the next day asking what is up? did something happen? Nothing, no answer.
So weird. I wait 2 days, nothing.
So finally I send her one final email saying I guess she must have changed her mind, and I wish she had had to decency, after such extensive back and forthing, to say so…so I am going to re-post the wrap cause lots of other’s were interested in it.

Luckily I have a women swinging by work today to pick it up, but seriously, geesh, What is wrong with people. Why would she go through the effort of having me pack up my stuff and going to meet her and then just drop off the face of the planet? At first I wanted to beleive something must have just come up, her son was sick or watever, but to never touch base again??
Seems to me that email and internet has taken away human accountability. We can do things we might not have the balls to do if we couldn’t hide behind our keyboard.

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.
