Ouchy!

Hot damn, my boobs are killing me these days. tonight is particularly bad. They have not changed in size this pregnancy but the deep tissue throbs like sparks of lightning, and then they leak. I just leaked colostrum like mad just now when I went to check it all out hahah.
My boobs are so ready for a baby.

You know, with Evan I never touched my breasts or encouraged my milk, I even bound them as soon as it came in to try and have it re-absorb and go away. It took me 6 months to be 100% milk free despite all that. My boobies are like feeding machines.

I hope it’s a sign of things to come. I hope nursing is something that is not to difficult for me to get the hang of.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.

  1. I think you will do great nursing. Hopefully evangeline will be a great nurser :-). I only lasted about 6 weeks with Ethan but I REALLY wanted to do better with Abby, I think thats what made me really stick it out with Lucas past the first few weeks. I want to do everything with him that I couldn’t do with Abby.
Your going to be such a great momma to that lil girl. 🙂
