In my latest attempt to blast the hell outta the crap in my immune system I just made up a yummy immune boosting concoction.
I filled a pot with water, about 6 slices of ginger root coined, two sliced cloves of garlic and 2 bags of peppermint tea. Boiled for about 15 minutes, til it tasted nice and strong, took it off the heat and let sit another 15 minutes to steep. Add a lemon slice and pure honey upon serving. I am having my second cup now, it’s a weird but yummy flavor mix.
Here’s hoping, at least I don’t give up without a fight.
