Thank Goodness for shear exaustion

I slept for 5 consequetive hours last night, without even a pee break, that is how tiered I was.
I had to do what I did last time to get asleep though, get in bed, give up after an hour, get up have a hot bath and trance out, in the tub, cover myself in vaporub and then climb back into bed.
Still woke up with a brutal horrible,no good cold and cough but at least I got some sleep to better deal emotionally with it today.
OB appointment were I will ask if I just keep doing what I am doing or if this cold is actually something bigger like bronchitis that I should be treating differantly.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.
