Evangeline stuff of course

I am a huge fan of 9 months. She is into everything, crawling so fast and crusing along furniture, she is such a happy baby now, so obviously proud of herself. Chasing after her and babyproofing is exausting, but we are both sleeping awesome as a result, Evangeline is burnt out by 7:30 pm and so am I hahah, and she usually sleeps straight til 4 am, wakes to nurse and back to sleep til 7:30am, however this past week she has been sleeping 7:30-5:00am, nurse, then sleep til 8:30-8:45, soooo nice after 9 months with very little sleep. I think she is way happier and more patient by day because of all this sleep as well, I know I am.
She is so much fun, so interactive and bright, Iove watching her examine and learn through interaction with her environment. She is one smart little cookie I tell ya and she obsessed until she figures out what she is working on, doing it over and over and over until she masters it, I think she will be walking before I know it at this rate.
She is such a good little eater as well, noming down everything you put in front of her. Tonight she ate Gnochie with blue cheese sauce and pecans LOL. Anyhow, she keeps me on my toes and I couldn’t love her more. My heart could just burst with adoration, she is just to cute, so petite and feisty. As much as she was a challenging little baby and continues to have throw down full body screatching temper tantrums every single time I change her diaper or clothes Lol, I can see that these determined and persistant personality traits are going to serve her well in life.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.
