I just have to brag. My husband, before his entry into Carpentry, was a Chef. His love for everything culinary has benefited me over the years (not so much my thighs :). Anyhow, he made me fresh, semolina, hand needed and cut, pasta the other day. I nearly died of delicious. Then the next day he made rice and bamboo/banana leaf steamed Dim Sum. Just when I thought I could handle no more delicious, last night for dinner he made egg noodles with ham (leftover from a yummy roast ham we had) corn and blue cheese. Seriously, I cannot emphasize enough how well blue cheese, sweet corn and ham meld together. Ok that’s all, just needed to share, now I am off to share leftovers with my daughter.
