Weight loss

Though my pants are still a full size smaller then they were pre E. and I am still 20lbs lighter then I was the day day I has her and 10lbs lighter then I was before I got pregnant with her, I still put on lbs over the holidays that is lingering. So now I am getting serious about taking off those 5 pounds and the 50lbs I wanted off before that, so 55lbs to loose and it’s time to bear down, become accountable for everything I put into my mouth and figure out a way to get more exercise in on weekdays. On weekends I also hike with Dave, the baby and Oliver for at least an hour a day at the park. Yesterday we did two hours pulling E. Gleefully behind us in a sleigh 🙂 super fun and great exercise. I REALLY have to focus on my core, my stomach is absolutely mush from two pregnancies back to back. Seriously E Keeps trying to latch on to my belly when I lift my shirt lol, that says something about it being soft like boobs lol.
Anyhow I downloaded this free App for my touch called Lose It and I have to say I am a huge fan. I enter my current weight, goal weight, height and if I want to loose 1,1.5 or 2 pounds per weeks then It gives me my daily caloric goal. I input everything I eat and what activity I did and it tells me at the end of the day if I was over or under. It also gives you reward badges as you go to keep you motivated. I am finding it really helpful so I highly recommend it. So easy to use. That is all. Off to run some errands then another winter hike with the kids (both human and canine) this afternoon.
