Potty Training

One step in the right direction. E. has down ‘Go pee in your potty’. She just doesn’t know what pee means yet, in terms of action. When I say to her “Go pee in your potty”, she walks to the bathroom, and sits on her potty and smiles. She has yet to actually ‘use’ the potty, but I have faith we are working in the right direction, and she is 16 months old so let’s face it, I am in no huge rush.

She is learning so fast it’s mindbogling. Parenting is so amazing, not easy by a long stretch, but amazing.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.
