I am sensing a theme here…

Hmmm. Wow, so it’s only been two weeks since my last cold and I am smack dab into the middle of another. Either my kid is a petrie dish of germs (likely) my immune system is crap (unlikely, it was always fine before) or this is the same cold, revisited. I am gonna say a bit of each.

Also, why do they call it the terrible two’s if it starts at 18 months old? My sweet little girl has turned into a food throwing, No yelling, hitting, screaming, full on tantrums little girl just overnight. She thinks it’s hilarious, I sometimes agree, but often feel overwhelmed with how to help her moved past it. I see a lot of toddler psychology books in my immediate future.

About mommamaynard

“Life is like riding a bicycle. To keep your balance you must keep moving.” — Albert Einstein. When it feels like your world has been shattered, and you have reached rock bottom, you must make a choice: Stay where you are and fade away, or keep moving forward. Thankfully I chose to move forward and was blessed with the two most wonderful children after the death of my first in early labor. Things are looking up.
